How about doubling up your TV set to save space and make the bunch of electronics more useful? Philips think you might like to look at yourself when you’re not watching TV.

It works like any standard TV, except that when you’ve finished the flat screen turns in to a mirror. Great for hanging up on the living room wall out of the way.

Philips actually won an award (Most Innovative Gadget) for the TV mirror concept in 2004. I guess it’s now time for the consumers to show how much interest there really is in a TV which turns in to a mirror.

With a price tag of around £2700 I’d guess not many will cough up for this 30 inch picture box.
