The Iqua Snake is a device that slides over your car headrest in a snakelike way, enabled safe phone use whilst driving via Bluetooth handsfree.

As mentioned on site "although intended primarily for in-car use, it is equally suitable for office or home use. It is simple to install and needs no professional maintenance."

With a charge time of 6 hours and standy/talktime of upto 300/10 hours respectively, brushed metal and leather and cool looks these could make a great change to the ugly bluetooth headsets that the manufacturers still keep pushing.

The only issue I can see is with the snorkel looking piece curving around - it seems to be in an area that could do some damage in a side on car crash - hopefully the end of the device is flexible enough not do any damage (and I suppose if you are moving that far in your seat in a crash - hitting your bluetooth handsfree kit is probably the least of your worries!)
