Nintendo DSLinux gets WiFi
By budda on Wednesday, February 8th, 2006 comments
There's the constant need to get the Linux operating system running on every conceivable item ever (including, but not limited to, the Xbox, the iPod and several vacuum cleaners). The Nintendo DS hardware gets improved on with the latest DSLinux developments.
Although still buggy, both WiFi and sound drivers have been added to the DSLinux development tree.
So now you can hook up to your wireless point whilst using your DS as a filemanager, edit and save text files with vi, play simple text-based games, and play mp3 files.
Should keep the geeks excited!
