Sony's new TX3 notebook

Sony have created a new notebook, the TX3, as part of their VAIO series.

It is made from carbon fibre laminate that makes it half as light as the majority of other laptops. For added security it comes with fingerprint recognition to stop other people nosing into your laptop, the harddrive is protected by G sensor shock protection to protect it incase the notebook is dropped. Other features include:

Intel Core Solo or Celeron M processor, 512MB of memory, 40-80GB HDD, digital TV tuner, 11.1-inch display, and a Super Multi DVD burner. Other features include two USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire port, 802.11 a/b/g WLAN, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, fingerprint scanner, 3-in-1 memory card reader, and a Type II PC Card slot.
