Buoy Oh Buoy
Published by Gonzo Pete May 29th, 2007 in Gadgets, Visual, Misc, Transportation.Fed up with losing your keys at the bottom of the ocean? I know I am.
The Key Buoy is a small keyring that looks innocent enough in the dry. But drop your keys in the water and the keyring splits open and automatically inflates a bright orange buoy that rises out of the water by 47CM. This provides the visibility to spot your keys and the means by which to grab them.
The buoy maintains buoyancy for 40 minutes, and lets be honest if you haven’t found your keys by then your never going to.
It will handle weights of up to 120Grams so is ideal for other things apart keys.
Features:
* When keys or other items fall in the water, Key Buoy pops open and its air tube automatically inflates.
* Rises to the surface within 30 seconds.
* Stays afloat for at least 40 minutes.
* Ideal for keys, small tools, Swiss army knives, hand held radios & GPS units, cell phones and more.
* Perfect for boaters, sailors, kayakers, water-skiers, windsurfers and house-boaters.
