New Heinz Toaster Prototype: Faster Than a Speeding Bullet

Well okay, not really. Still, the new Heinz toaster prototype outstrips the ordinary toaster by approximately 91 full seconds. The Heinz Turbo Toaster could churn out toasted bread in exactly 50 seconds.
While run-of-the-mill toasters heat bread by creating a current on the metal wires running parallel on the device, the new Heinz toaster employs a different technology altogether. The designer, Oliver Newberry, a Central St Martins College in London graduate, crafted the toaster with giant fans at both flanks to suck in air, heat it, and then blast the heated air onto the bread.
Hands-free Keyboard Released in Japan
