Cobalt Technology 3K - DMB in USB
Published by Tiago January 5th, 2008 in Gadgets, Digital TV.Did you ever want to get radio and television content on your computer, just by using a small USB device?
Well, in case you live in Korea, and got 55,000 KRW (South Korea Won) laying around, check out the K3.
Made by Cobalt Technology, which is also located in the Korean market, the K3 is a 3-in-1 USB device featuring a built-in antenna, that provides “signal” to radio, TV recordings, and still images. In other words, it uses DMB technology - check the wiki for more info.
The only problem seems to be the small size of the built-in antenna, but to solve that issue there is a bigger external antenna, which will definitely help you out when the reception isn’t good enough.
By the way: 55,000 KRW is close to $60 USD.
