greenPod: Winding-up for Music's Sake

The folks with a penchant for green gadgets would sure be replacing their iPods with this.

Formally named the Eco Media Player but dubbed as the greenPod (for obvious reasons), this audio and video player won't be eating even tiniest bit of electricity. All you need to charge the greenPhone is to wind it up -- literally. Just a minute of winding can run the player for 40 minutes. Before you worry about tiring your arm muscles out, know that the greenPod can run for 20 hours before you need to charge it again. The Eco Media Player can store 500 songs and also features a voice recorder, FM radio, video player and, even a torch. It sells for £140.
