iRiver P.ple P10: Portable Media Player

The market of portable media players is interesting to say the least. On top of the constant release of new devices, the big tech shows as CES are used to present players that will be released in a couple of months, and that is exactly what happened with the P.ple P10.

It doesn't look much like a portable media player, mostly because of the 4-inch touchscreen that provides a 800x480 resolution. No buttons = big detail of the next gadgets generation.

Unlike other PMPs that have a small memory, the P.ple 10 boasts a 1.3” hard-drive with 33GB, plus flash lite support. As expected, it is able to playback a high number number of video and audio format files.

To start with, the new iRiver player is going to be released in Korea, but maybe we'll get to see in the usual stores one of these days.

There's also a pro version that features a DMB tuner.
