The second-gen 3G iPhone was finally announced at the WWDC. It is basically the same device as the first gen, sans the minor alterations in looks and the additional features.
The new iPhone has curved edges and a glossy aluminium back which is a magnet for fingerprints. As expected, it features tri-band HSDPA which means the same phone version will be shipped worldwide. It’s a bit thicker than the first, a bit heavier, and comes with a SIM ejector. In the US,the 8GB 3G iPhone will sell for approximately £100 with a contract. The UK will be one of the first 22 countries to get the 3G iPhone by July 11. The question is, will you get one?
