Panasonic PZR900 TV Series with YouTube Playback Capability
By Mariella on Wednesday, August 27th, 2008 comments
It's not the first TV to claim to be able to do so, Panasonic is releasing the PZR900 series which has YouTube video playback capability.
Granted, that YouTube playback on TVs won't be available until September 30, we don't have anything to compare this model with. Nevertheless, the PZR900 series that will be launched on September 10 can be used with YouTube by downloading a software application from Panasonic's web site. If you're wondering, then yes, it does have an internal 1TB HDD so you can record digital broadcasts.

Great idea, although why limit to the low quality videos of YouTube?!
I don't think this will ever replace an external decent media streamer box though.
